Our Vineyards
Our vineyards are farmed Organically. No synthetic chemicals, pesticides or herbicides to allow our fruit to reflect the natural soil in which our vines are grown.
Our Wines
Shiraz is our beating heart and we love working with other Rhone varieties in our vineyard including grenache, mourvèdre, carignan, marsanne, viognier, roussane and grenache gris with our two favourite italian varieties of fiano and nero d’avola. These warm climate varieties express wonderful vibrant flavours and are perfect for our climate and varied cuisine styles.
