Shipping Information

Where We Ship

We deliver to all Australian states and territories.
For international orders, please contact us at info@tellurianwines.com.au and we’ll be happy to provide a customised shipping quote based on your location.

Shipping Fees

Flat rate shipping: $15 Australia-wide

Free shipping: Orders over $250 automatically qualify for free delivery

Order Confirmation & Dispatch

Orders are confirmed via email within 3–5 business days

Once confirmed, orders are packed and shipped within 5–7 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. Please allow extra time for regional and remote areas.

All deliveries are handled by Australia Post or a trusted courier service, and tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Delivery estimates may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

Age Verification

Wine deliveries must be signed for by someone 18 years or older. If no one is available, the order may be redirected to a local collection point.

Returns & Refunds

We want every bottle you receive from Tellurian to meet your expectations. If there’s an issue with your delivery, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or credit, depending on the circumstances.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Claims made outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible for replacement or refund
